How many sessions do I need?
For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of 4 to 6 sessions, scheduled 2 to 3 days apart. Why do I need a course of 4-6? Muscle tissue requires a specific cycle of "stress and recovery" to grow.
• The Loading Phase: The first two sessions "awaken" the motor neurons and prime the muscle.
• The Growth Phase: The subsequent sessions push the muscle to its structural limit, forcing it to create new protein strands and fibres (hyperplasia and hypertrophy).
• The Fat Loss Phase: The metabolic "afterburn" from the muscle growth continues to melt away fat long after you’ve left the clinic.
When will I see results?
• Immediate (The "Post-Gym" Feel): You will feel a slight soreness and a noticeable "tightness" in the treated area immediately after the first session—similar to the feeling after an intense workout.
• Visible Changes (2–4 Weeks): Most clients begin to see a visible lift and more definition roughly two to four weeks after their final session.
• The Peak (3 Months): Your body continues to build muscle and clear fat for several weeks. The most dramatic, "shredded" results are typically seen three months post-treatment.
